When
will my shirts arrive?
U.S. orders are shipped via 2-3 day Priority
Mail from the U.S.Postal Service. However,
the USPS does not guarantee 2-3 days,
so it is possible that it might take a
little longer, especially if they're overwhelmed.
We are shipping from Indiana in case you
are wondering how far the package must
go.
What kind
of shirts are they?
All shirts are high quality 100% cotton preshrunk
heavyweight tees, unless otherwise noted.
How much is shipping/handling going to
cost me?
Shipping/Handling is just a flat fee of
$5.00 for US orders (That's 5 dollars
total, NOT 5 dollars each shirt!) and
$6.00 for Canadian orders no matter how
many shirts you buy. Currently only shipping
to US and Canada. Shipping several shirts in one order costs us more than that, but we look at it as giving the customer a discount for ordering more than one at a time.
What is the sizing like?
The sizes listed are adult sizes. They
are standard adult t-shirt sizes, not
men's or women's specifically. Sizing
should be very close to other t-shirts
you would find at your local mall. So,
if you really don't know what size t-shirt
you wear, try one on sometime. It's a
good thing to know!
Do you carry kid's sizes?
No. We only carry adult sizes at this
time.
Is it safe to order online?
If you research the safety of online shopping,
you'll feel alot less worried. Many believe that online purchases without
human intervention are safer than traditional
credit card transactions because the information
is immediately encrypted into a scrambled
message that can only be decrypted by
an authorized computer. It is much easier
for a dishonest waiter/store
clerk/dumpster-diver/etc to steal your
credit card number than a hacker. Nevertheless,
to insure that ordering from our site
is safe and secure, we use a company called
CCNow to process our credit card orders.
They offer the industry standard SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) transactions. It is their
business to provide safe online ordering
for people like you. Although we have
to pay them for this service, we feel
the customer confidence gained, is well
worth it.
Can I phone in my order?
No. The Swing Shirt Shop does not
have an actual retail storefront. It is
strictly an internet-based business. And since
we currently use CCNow to process the
credit cards (see above) we couldn't process
the order even if you did call. We don't even see the credit card numbers.
What is
your return/exchange policy?
If somehow we make a mistake and
send you the wrong order or a defective
product, we will gladly replace it,
just email hepcat@swing-music.com. If
you need to exchange for a different
size, also email us. Any shirts exchanged
must be in new condition. No returns or exchanges will
be accepted after 30 days from the date
order was made.
